We are happy to be able to host our tastings at the historic Joseph Hooker House in downtown Sonoma. The quaint saltbox home has a very limited amount of space, so appointments are required. There are two tasting options for you to choose from below.
Bedrock Heritage Tasting
We make wines from an array of old vineyards from around the state, so tastings at Bedrock are structured to show a breadth of style while focusing on history, particularly that of Sonoma Valley. We endeavor to create an experience that is a reflection of how we view our wines: the foremost priority is for them to be delicious, but they can also provide great intellectual fodder if you choose to go that route.
Due to indoor space constraints, particularly during our winter season, we have a very limited capacity to accept groups larger than 4 people.

Under The Wire Tasting
This is a project rooted in the simple yet unique premise to make California sparkling wines based on an individual vineyard in an individual year. Inspired in part by the grower Champagne movement, we aim to prove that California can produce unique, delicious and terroir driven sparkling wine.
Enjoy a flight of 3 generous pours of limited production sparkling wine and take a tour across vineyards around California, from the golden hills of the Gabilan Range, to the coastal climate of Santa Barbara, to the remote Alder Springs in Mendocino.
